In order to save you time and money and to offer you more choice Vinuchi has opened our Special Imports Division. This means you can now have any item fully customised to your exact colours. Longer lead times and minimum quantities apply but if you have a big marketing project and want big results contact us ahead of time and be assured of our best special import service.

Artwork department

Part of Vinuchi’s expedition process includes an accurate product layout to ensure what you receive when we deliver meets your expectations fully. We have in-house skilled artists who will reproduce your artwork to the finest detail. In addition we offer the service of providing colour designs for your custom orders like for example ties and scarves.

Delivery and lead times

Vinuchi has an extensive courier network as well as our own dedicated driver. We can deliver nationally. We charge a small fee for delivery that will be quoted prior to us expediting your order.

Our standard delivery lead times are as follows:
Stock items - 7 to 10 days from artwork approval
Custom made items - 4 to six weeks from artwork approval
Special import items - 12 to 14 weeks from artwork approval
We will work stringently to these lead times but if you need the items sooner we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
